At MonalArts we offer all our customers a 5 day-exchange guarantee. Simply return the items you bought from us unused and in their original condition and packaging and we will be happy to exchange your purchase.
Please note, items returned to us in an unacceptable condition, used or opened will not be exchanged. The decision of MonalArts is final.
Refunds will be given for damaged goods ONLY if notified to us on the day of delivery.

International customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund must do so at their own cost. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2% charge to cover credit card fees.
