Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment, including Switch, Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail.
Orders shipped to the nominated shipping addresses that are returned to us as 'uncalled for' and to have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please also note, all items are individually hand crafted and the item may vary slightly to the picture and piece to piece.

Shipping and Handling
Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination. But please explain your needs fully.
All orders are posted using Signed-for delivery. This means that you must sign for your order at the point of delivery. There are no exceptions to this rule. If your order is sent to a different address it is solely your responsibility in having the parcel signed by the correct person.
Delivery Schedule
Please allow 2 days for order processing and up to 21 days for delivery.
Most orders are delivered within 28 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.
VAT Charges
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.
